Free to Run is a US registered 501c3 organization that operates in Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine and uses running and outdoor sports to develop girls' and young women's leadership and wellness, and addresses gender inequity in areas of conflict.
Free to Run's minimum for each SuperHalf in 2027 is 800 USD / 700 EUR / 600 GBP with preference for applicants who can commit to raising $1,000 USD or more.

Targeting life-saving early diagnosis, treatment and support.
Our minimum fundraising target of £500 allows us to target what's important – symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments, and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.
If successful, you will also need to pay a £30 registration fee and you will be contacted by a member of our fundraising team to arrange. We provide each runner with a Target Ovarian Cancer running vest, trainings tips and offer fundraising support throughout your journey with Team Target. Successful applicants will need to arrange their own travel and accommodation.

Each member of Team Lily will be running for them and the 10 million people in the UK who suffer from diseases in which mitochondrial dysfunction is believed to be involved.
