Why run for us?

Every 45 minutes a man dies of prostate cancer.  That’s one of our dads, brothers, grandads, partners, uncles or mates. It is likely that someone in your life WILL be affected.

Prostate Cymru has no government funding and is totally separate to Prostate Cancer UK. This year is particularly important, as we celebrate 20 years of supporting men in Wales.

Remember, all the money we raise stays in Wales.  By joining team Prostate Cymru, you’ll be raising money to help the charity with:

• Raising awareness
• Support services for men and their families affected by the disease
• Training & supporting medical professionals
• Research & Innovation projects
• Improving medical equipment for treatments in Wales

We ask that each runner that has claimed one of our FREE spaces raises a minimum of £200 to help the charity with its key objectives.
