Waivers

By registering for this place, I commit to raising the minimum fundraising amount stated above (excluding gift aid) and I understand that my chosen charity will need to pay the remaining balance of the entry package fee, less my deposit, once I reach 50% of the minimum fundraising target; funds which must have been received by the Charity at least 60 days prior to the event. I understand that I will not secure my official place in the event until this has been paid and that realbuzz reserve the right to withdraw my place should I not fundraise at least 75% of the total target (due 30 days prior to the event). I acknowledge that I will pay a holding deposit which is refundable once I reach 100% of the fundraising target.
