How To Get A Place

There are TWO ways that you can get a place, either as a DIY Runner or as a Charity Team Runner.

A DIY Runner (or Do It Yourself) means that you are running & fundraising for a Charity of Your Choice. You are responsible for paying BOTH the Deposit and Final Balance of the Event Entry Package.

A Charity Team Runner means that you are running & fundraising for one of our Partner Charity Teams. You are responsible for paying the Deposit (fully refundable if you hit your fundraising target), AND the Partner Charity will pay the Final Balance of the Event Entry Package on your behalf.

In both options, you are 100% guaranteed your Entry provided you reach the minimum fundraising targets.

NOTE - This Event has reserved a fixed number of places and packages, which can ONLY be used by Charity Runners (minimum fundraising targets apply). Places and packages are limited and will be made available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are looking for a General Entry place in this event then please contact the Event Organiser directly.

How Do I Raise Money?

The first thing you need to do is to set up a fundraising page. Once you have setup your page (and added some fab photos and detail about why you’re running for your chosen charity) then you need to tell everyone you know about it! Use every social media channel you have at your disposal to get the word out. Email it to contacts, WhatsApp, text, everything. Got a TikTok account? Get one and start posting. Document your running and fundraising experiences and have some fun. The more imaginative you can be the more money you’ll raise!

With the support of your charity, you’ll easily be able to fit your fundraising around your training efforts, and you’ll have so much fun along the way. From bake sales to bucket collections, there are so many exciting and effective ways to fundraise.
